Inn at the Park has beautiful apartment units that were spacious and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic and the kitchen well-stocked. The largest issue, however, was with the staff. At check-in, we spoke with a lady who clearly had rehearsed her check-in script -- telling us about every last amenity of the hotel (which is fine, but overkill) and then telling us how we had to talk to the concierge to help plan our time. No thank you. That would've been okay, but what happened next was a real pain. Every morning at 8:30am, if the Do Not Disturb sign isn't hanging on your door, someone comes to tell you about breakfast upstairs and hands you a letter about breakfast. If you don't show to breakfast at 9:00am, they CALL YOUR ROOM to tell you all about breakfast.
Now perhaps that doesn't seem so bad, but breakfast is a HARD SELL on their Timeshare Units. I didn't PAY to stay at your hotel so you can SELL ME A TIMESHARE!!! So, to knock on my door and ring my room every morning for such a thing is absurd. PS: Not everyone is awake at 8:30/9:00am. Some of us like to sleep until (gasp) 10:00am. So thanks for ruining that, Inn at the Park.
