Bathrooms complete with a bidet, bathtub, and shower. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Located right on the beach with a private beach entrance through the resort. Firepit, swings and a large grassy area to enjoy- Private deck overlooking the gulf and spectacular sunrise / sunset views too! We wanted to get out of Houston for a beach day and this was perfect. Just a walk to the beach clean and need. Plus they had umbrellas to rent and a bar and grill right across the way. I would recommend bringing bottled water to drink.

Excellent Property! Clean rooms, comfy beds, great layout, so close to the beach. The house is nicely decorated and the kids really enjoyed all the tvs. Easy check in and parking was always available.

We were so lucky to find this little piece of heaven, beginning with the welcoming text message assuring us that we would enjoy our stay — and we did. Check in was easy and we felt so welcomed. We were informed we were just in time for happy hour — free drinks and dinner (shrimp scampi and a chicken dish the night we arrived). The Breeze beach house is not directly on the beach but there is a fantastic beach view and that beach is just steps away. The deck has many well-made Adirondack chairs and a table — not the plastic ones we usually find at beach houses. Inside, the air conditioning was already on, which was a relief in 100 temps. The decor was stylish and comfy and very clean. Beds in three bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped. And wow, the two bathrooms have a bidet!!!! Breakfast was also a welcome freebie and it was amazing— bacon, eggs, home fries, pancakes and waffles. We loved it here and so did our dogs, who got to hang out on the deck that has a latched gate to keep them safe. The only downside was we only got to stay a night. But it was worth it.

Surfside excellence

This house was so cute, well decorated and all the amenities were great. Right off the beach. It was like a 2 min walk to water. We will be booking with them again!!! We had so much fun we didn’t take pictures… looks exactly as shown on listing.

The staff in the office was wonderful! They were very cheerful and helpful, even offering to help us carry our luggage up the stairs. We felt very welcomed. They are working on their business, adding a gathering spot right on the beach with lovely chairs to sit in, a sand pit for volleyball and plans for a pool. They had a free happy hour to introduce people who were staying in their houses or hotel. Again, the people were exceptionally freindly and helpful.The house had everything we needed in terms of towels, dishes, plenty of room for our group to sit to eat together (8 of us) which is not always true in beach houses, the kitchen had everything we needed for anything we wanted to make and this is unusual in my experience. Plenty of dishes for the 8 of us. Washer, dryer, dishwasher made keeping up with laundry and meals easy. The bathrooms had sample sizes of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was nice. There was a Pac-Man game in the house that was a great hit. There were some beach items in the breezeway you could use, but they were not in great condition. However, on request, they would bring umbrellas and chairs (upright, not loungers) down to the beach, set up and then pick up at the end of the day at NO COST. This was exceptionally helpful. We stayed in the house set back a little from the beach,but still a good view of the water and the walk to the beach was truly just two minutes. Overall, we really had a great experience, and I recommend them.
