Welcome to our beach-themed studio that offers a relaxing and comfortable space for your vacation. Our studio features a cozy queen size bed, a full kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, and a bathroom with all the essential amenities. The high ceilings with wooden finishes give the studio an airy and spacious feel, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.
Full access to entire studio apartment.
Shared common areas are: Laundry room, Washer & Drier are coin (quarters) operated. Shared backyard area.
- No Smoking of ANY kind in the house. (Only permitted outside the house)
- No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
- No Extra/overnight guests. (Number of guest Must match number stated in
your reservation. If the overnight number of guest doesn`t match we reserve
the right to cancel your reservation)
- No Moving / rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
- No unplugging of the electronics like Tv`s, cables, lamps, roku sticks, ect
- No Pets allowed.
- No Disrespecting / disturbing neighbors.
- Parking Only on assigned parking space.
- No loud noise or music past 10 PM
- Please do not flush items other than toilet paper in toilets.
- Report any damages immediately
