The flat brings contemporary style to this conversion in a 1840's Thomas Cubit designed stucco house. Underrated and often overlooked, Pimlico augments its refined culture with casual conveniences like farmer’s markets, easy access to high-class institutions like the Tate Britain museum and lots of fun places to enjoy a coffee, drink, dinner or Sunday Roast with friends. With great transport links and a central London location you will able to get to most of London's iconic sights on foot or by public transport within about half an hour. The nearby transport hub of Victoria and is less than an hour from most of the airports serving London.
What makes this Apartment unique
The flat is on the lower ground floor and has the benefit its own front door with a front and rear courtyard. The large lounge looks onto the front courtyard with seating to relax and a table and chairs for dining. Off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen where you can make a quick snack or a meal for the evening. The two bedrooms are at the rear at either end of the courtyard. The large master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a double ended bath for a romantic way for you to relax, unwind. The family bathroom provides for those using the other double bedroom or extra guests using the king size sofa bed in the lounge.

Walking distance to Victoria Station. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Very cute area. Very clean. Highly recommend.
Location of property was good, rooms were nice, very easy to get anywhere from the location.
Great location for Central London!
Enjoyed our stay. Owner very responsive and pleasant. Lots of dining options with just a few blocks. Easy access to Tube and bus lines.
This was a very nice place to stay in London. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room furniture was comfortable. The master bedroom was a good size and very comfortable as well. The only issue was in the second bedroom, there is very little room between the bed and the radiator on the far wall. Overall, a nice place to stay in a great location.

Flat is in a good, central location, which is a short walk to Victoria Station. Restaurants, pubs and groceries are all in a short 5-10 minute walk.
We appreciated the professional and flexible management which accommodated our untraditional arrival and departure times. A benefit for those travelling in from other countries with odd flight times.
The flat is well appointed and accommodated 4 adults and two kids just fine.
There can be a bit of noise from the upstairs flat, but obviously that isn't within the managements control necessarily.
We would stay here again.
Great location and flat
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and the responsiveness of the staff was great when we had a question. I would stay again and would recommend it. Location was very convenient for us being close to Victoria station.
Pimlico is a predominantly residential area located in the heart of central London. There is a good selection of local shops and bars and many iconic tourist sights and attractions including Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament are within easy walking distance or a short bus ride from the flat..
