A newly refurbished, newly listed top floor penthouse apartment in the centre of Covent Garden. Finished to a very high standard.

The flat is a few minutes walk from both Covent Garden and Holborn Tube stations.

Most of the main London attractions are within easy walking distance

The flat is very bright and airy and has lovely views over the roof tops of Covent Garden.

The flat boasts two secluded roof terraces, one behind the rear bedroom and the other behind the kitchen, on the top floor.
A newly refurbished and newly listed top floor duplex penthouse apartment in the centre of Covent Garden. We are sure you will love this flat, as everybody who has seen it has.

The flat is situated on the top floor of a small quiet residential block.

The flat is a duplex with both bedrooms, the bathroom and rear roof terrace on the first floor as you enter the flat. A small internal staircase leads up to the top floor where the living room, kitchen and top roof terrace are located.

The flat has two separate bedrooms.

Bedroom one is at the front of the apartment, and has a King size bed which also can be split and set up as two twins, as well as having a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.

The second bedroom has a double bed, with fitted wardrobe, desk and drawers, and leads onto the delightful lower roof terrace which is a lovely private area to sit and to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or a relaxing drink.

The bathroom is also on the first floor of the apartment, between the two bedrooms. The bathroom consists of a bath with electric shower, a sink and a toilet, all in a modern white style. It its accessed by a sliding door off the hallway.

A small internal staircase leads up to the top floor where the living room is located. The living room has a L shaped modern sofa which extends into an ample double sofa bed. It also houses an internal storage area where the sofa bed linen is stored. Also in the living room there is a 43 inch smart HD TV, with A Virgin TV box with all major channels as well as some Sky channels (not Atlantic). It also has Netflix. There is a drop leaf dinning table, and a small wardrobe for hanging clothes and houses the dinning rooms chairs. Window blinds provide privacy and also shade from the sun.

Leading off the top landing is the well equipped kitchen housing: Bosch microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor hood, as well as separate fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There are also a multitude of kitchen cutlery, utensils, trays etc. The kitchen also has subtle under cupboard LED lighting to create a relaxing mood. The flat also has a clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

Leading off the kitchen is a delightful larger terrace which is planted out with lavender, bedding plants and two olive trees. A table is situated on the terrace for alfresco eating, drinking and relaxing. The terrace catches the sun and is an ideal place to relax, and unwind.

There is also Virgin cable internet wifi within the apartment, to keep you connected with speeds up to 200mbps.

The flat is well equipped to ensure a very comfortable stay for the whole family, a group of friends or for a couple who wish to have a luxurious stay in London.

Outstanding Central London Apartment
It was exciting to find such a great apartment and dealing with the owner was easy and efficient. The Apartment was located in such an outstanding position close to great restaurants , theatres , tube stations and behind the single blue door the apartment opens out to be spacious bright and an absolute pleasure to stay . The apartment is furnished with great taste and quality and has everything you need and more . I would love to stay again and would highly recommend it

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. My husband, I, and our 2 college aged children really enjoyed the location. Steps away from Covent Garden with restaurants, shopping, and pubs all at your door. Minutes to 2 Tube stations to allow for easy travel. Very walkable to many attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean. We did not get a chance to use the 2 patios- due to weather, but were a nice addition to living space. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good sized. Simon was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with check in. I would stay here again and was happy to find this gem.

This is a lovey penthouse. It's very bright, airy and comfortable. It has recently been renovate to a very high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the linen and towels are of a very high standard.

The flat has two secluded terraces which are ideal to unwind and relax on.

It is very centrally located and within easy walking distance of the many theatres, restaurants, cafes and bars that London has to offer. It is also an ideal base to explore the many sites, museums, shops and parks.
