You don't get the full house as some of it is roped off like the living room. None of the bedrooms nor bathrooms had bath cloths, bath towels nor paper towels. Reached out to the host who said they were in a closet. We finally found the closet that had stained and worn bath cloths and towels. Many were beach towels. Most of the beds only had sheets on them, no comforters. One of the areas they're calling a bedroom is actually a garage with prison style bunk beds which is in the basement. We had 5 people sleeping in that area that had one shower with no hot water at all. We planned to watch a movie in the movie room but weren't able to ever get it to work. Ping pong was also out because there was only one paddle. Swimming was also out as the pool was dirty. We paid over 6 thousand dollars for two nights and were generously disappointed. There were dirty clothes on the washroom floor. There were clothes left in the dryer that we were supposed to be able to use. I complained to the host who reimbursed the cleaning fee which was just over 500. I did not believe that was reasonable considering the many things that was wrong with the property. I requested half of my money back and the host didn't respond back. Had I known the the customer service would have been so poor and the property was going to be missing essentials, I would not have booked this property. They got wrong what even a rundown motel gets right.
