Every stay includes a $69 coverage fee, protecting you against accidental mishaps up to $150 so you can relax with peace of mind.

While we don’t feature dedicated parking on the property, convenient public lots and street parking are easily accessible nearby.



Guest Identity & Safety Requirements

To maintain a safe environment, our registration process is simple:

The main guest must be 21 or older and present throughout the stay.

All guests complete a quick online identity check with a valid photo ID within 24 hours of reserving (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Unlocking instructions are sent once this step is finished.

By reserving, you agree to our house terms and potential screening. Collected details are used strictly for safety verification and kept private.



Pet Policy

We warmly welcome your pets! Simply let us know during booking if you plan to bring one.

1 to 4 nights: $35 per night for each pet

5 to 29 nights: $250 flat rate for each pet

30 nights or longer: $400 flat rate for each pet
