Manhattan Beach No Smoking Policy
Manhattan Beach has a strict no smoking policy— smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited everywhere in the city including the sale of all tobacco and marijuana products. This means that unfortunately there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the city. As hosts we are expected to enforce no smoking on the premises including inside, on the balcony, outside on the patio, and the front of the house. Violations may result in up to a $500 fee. Neighbors at this property are particularly sensitive to smoking, as these town homes are close together, windows are open to enjoy the ocean breeze, and smoke travels quickly through their windows.

EV Charging Available
Guests may charge their electric vehicle at the property for an additional fee of $25 per night. This is an add-on option — please let us know in advance if you’ll need charging so we can provide the details and ensure you’re set up properly. Unauthorized charging may result in additional fees.

Checkout Checklist
Before you go, please: Gather used towels, Wash any used dishes, Take out the trash, and Return the garage remote
~ Extra dirty? An additional cleaning fee starting at $100 may apply.
~ Damage anything? We understand things happen. Let us know so we can work together on the repair or replacement. We kindly ask guests to cover the cost.

Quiet Hours
Community quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM daily. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume levels peaceful inside and outside of the house at all times. Its best practice to close all windows and doors at night to help keep sound inside. Noise complaints may lead to booking cancellation (no fun for anyone). To help with this, we use Minut to measure decibel levels in common areas and let you know if you are being too loud.

Access & Boundaries
All guest activity should stay inside the home. Please do not access the spiral staircase near the blue room—it leads to a neighbor’s private balcony. Be mindful not to walk or hang out in front of neighboring properties.
