About this property

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 King bedrooms! Located on an Intracoastal Waterway. Open views of both the water and beautiful sky. Large screened porch for dining and spacious conversation area as well as a large uncovered deck. Conveniently located close to restaurants, Top Sail Beach and shops. Corner lot on a safe quiet street and off street parking that is partially covered.
THE SPACE:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have a king bed. The 3rd has 2 twins. All beds are new in 2025. Large decks, eating areas for 6 and a comfortable sectional couch for relaxing. We have adult and kids games galore! The kitchen has all the basics to cook at home.
GUEST ACCESS:
The unit has 20 steps to get to the front door! No other type of access is available.

This is a quiet neighborhood. Most people are full time residents so please say hello when your out on a walk. Also we ask you observe quiet hours 10pm to 7am
