Beautifully Renovated And Convenient To Everything!
This home has everything you need -- and is decorated a bit nicer than most rentals you may be used to....we have a huge modern sunroom to gather family and friends, private backyard, great neighborhood and we are conveniently located to both northern and southern beaches! The house is also just minutes to the bike trail that can take you all the way to the National Sea Shore beaches. Bathrooms and kitchen have been completely updated with granite and there are hardwood floors throughout. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3rd bedroom is upstairs along with a huge area for kids or grownups to watch TV, or just hang out. There are 3 TV's in the house - one in the sunroom, one upstairs and one in the living room.
Includes grill and beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, lobster pot and utinsels, boogie boards, wake board, and lots of books and board games.
Equally distant to both Mayflower and Seagull beaches, 1 mile to golf course, tennis courts and bike trail, around the corner from grocery and liquer store and Salty Dog Brewery. Truly a fantastic location in a family neighborhood with very few rentals. Beds incl 3 queens and 6 twins. Sheets are not provided so please plan to bring your own.

This is my families second house on the Cape, our first one was located in Centerville by Craigville Beach. We just sold it to buy a larger house and we are so happy with this one! We try to use it in the off season and on any weeks that available over the summer. We try to provide everything we would want for a happy vacation and we hope that you agree!
Why they chose this property
It's large enough to accommodate 2 or more families because we can sleep 8 kids/adults on the second floor (6 in single beds and 2 on a queen). There is another queen bed in the primary bedroom (with its own full bath), and 1 more queen in the second bedroom downstairs.
What makes this property unique
Rooms are large enough for everyone to be together--with plenty of privacy in the backyard for games and grilling or just relaxing, however the sunroom is the best room in the house! With white slip covered sectional, 50” tv and table for meals or playing games…it’s just a very relaxing space.
We also have the benefit of being equally close to both Mayflower, Bass and Seagull Beaches, giving you and your family lots of options!
