Excellent location, within 10 minutes of Sand Hollow. Comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of space, very accommodating regarding our vehicle situation and the neighbors were very friendly as well. A bit noisy when the host was home which seemed to be close to midnight on at least 2 of the nights we stayed - we could hear them walking, toilets flushing, etc. Overall comfortable stay.

It hasn't been a problem for most of our previous guests, and we've asked some of them. Came down for Matts Offroad Recovery Games. Very nice place to stay. Super accommodating. We didnt have any clue the hill would be so steep for our truck and trailer, but with help from our host we were able to find a spot. Our host was super quick to respond to any of our messages. Thanks again for the place to stay.
