PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Goodwinds is a stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Gulf-front home offering stunning ocean views and a private boardwalk for easy access to the sugary-white sands and crystal-clear waters of North Cape San Blas.

What truly sets this home apart is its peaceful, uncrowded location. This stretch of the Cape features some of the widest beaches on the peninsula, giving you plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy a practically private beach.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining floor plan on the main level makes it easy to gather with family and friends, whether you’re cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or relaxing on the extra-long deck overlooking the Gulf.

The main level also features a queen bedroom with a private bath, plus a half bath off the kitchen.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Gulf-front king suite includes a private bath, while the second Gulf-front queen room and bayside dual bunk room share a spacious hall bath.

The ground level features an in-unit washer and dryer, and the fully enclosed carport includes parking for up to 4 vehicles, an outdoor shower, and a fish-cleaning station.

With sleeping for up to 10 and plenty of room to spread out, Goodwinds is the ideal spot for a laid-back family beachfront vacation.

PET POLICY

Maximum of two (2) dogs per stay, with a combined weight not to exceed 100 pounds (for example: two 50 lb dogs or one 100 lb dog).

A $150 pet fee per pet will be charged and billed to guests after booking confirmation.

All pets must be at least one (1) year old and spayed or neutered.

Guests must disclose all pets at the time of booking.

Failure to disclose pets in advance will result in immediate termination of the reservation and/or eviction from the property without refund.

Guests are responsible for ensuring pets are well behaved, house-trained, and do not cause damage to the property. Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be charged to the guest.
