Host was extremely responsive to our requests. We had 8 adults and 4 small children (all family) and there was plenty of room for all without feeling crowded. We lived watching all the bunnies in the yard, too.

The 2-flat layout was extremely convenient for our extended family. It allowed time for all together on Christmas morning but also time apart for early morning risers and late night owls. Clean and comfortable kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.
