Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Summer/Fall/Spring- Reset AC thermostat to 77 degrees. -On SUNDAY put GREEN trash bin out for pick up on street away from mailbox.
-On MONDAY after pick up, please put back behind gate.
-Always rinse dishes before loading them into dishwasher.
-Clean up backyard of any trash, dishes, towels, etc. Return to original condition.
-Close Umbrella.
-Put pool noodles back in brown bin.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
