Welcome to the Kanc Kabin at Loon Mtn! A completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo across the Kancamagus Highway from Loon's North Peak. Minutes to great hiking, biking and many many swimming holes!

Primary King with en suite, Bunk Room with a set of twin bunks and a twin over a full bunk. 3rd bedroom Queen with shared bathroom with bunkroom. Loft area pull out twin sleeper sofa!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, heating, a hair dryer, and a washer/dryer. Relax in the bathtub or shower in the 2 bathrooms available. Experience the magic of Lincoln at our condo.

If using fireplace, discard the ash from the fireplace and deposit in the ash bin next to dumpster and close flue by pulling handle towards you. Trash dumpster is located at the development entrance
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
