About this property

This renovated, spacious townhouse at the edge of the woods yet with great views of Loon Mountain is located at the Village of Loon Mountain. With five sleeping areas, three baths, and two living spaces, there's room for everyone to relax after a fun day in the White Mountains!

Enter the townhouse in the lower living area, where you can hang your coat and boots behind the sofa, enjoying a view of the fireplace and mountains to the right. On this floor are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bath, and a laundry room. A half flight up will bring you to the back door foyer area, and another half flight above is the main living area. This main living floor includes the primary bedroom with a king bed and private full bath. The living room has a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, fantastic mountain views, access to the spacious deck, a dining area, and a full kitchen. From here, head up a half level to a small bath with shower and two half-flight staircases, one leading to a double and twin bedroom and the other to the mostly-enclosed loft with a twin and set of bunk beds.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club, which features two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), a sauna, an exercise room, and 12 tennis courts.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Beautiful views of Loon Mountain, the house was adequately stocked with everything you needed. The rugs did have some discoloration stains that were almost to be expected from a rental so close to a ski mountain. We enjoyed our time together at the house with plenty of room so that we all felt comfortable. Our group would definitely stay here again

Great location, and responsive management to issues. But the amenities could be be improved: quality and quantity of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc was not good. The number and quality of these items for our 4 night stay could be a lot better. Also, cleanliness of the interior could be better. Under the couch and in closets appeared to not have been addressed anytime recently.

The downstairs can get quite humid as we experienced when we first arrived. It took about a day to improve with the AC and small dehumidifier in downstairs bathroom. Parking is limited to 2 cars on site and 1 for overflow parking. So if you have 4 or more cars, parking can get challenging.

Very Nice. However a Couple of Fixable Issues

Lots of space for us to spread out. Beds very comfortable. We have stayed at other units in this village that were stocked better. Paper towels, napkins, paper plates, bigger pots and pans to accommodate a large crowd. Third floor upstairs shower was dirty, had hair in it. Bottom floor toilet is sweating really badly, should be looked at. Remote for TV in bottom floor bedroom needs batteries replaced. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time while in Lincoln, NH for our ski outing with family.The condo was convenient and just the amount of space that we needed. The Loom reservation service was great to work with.The overall condition of the condo was FAIR. There was nothing (booklet or manual) to explain the workings of the condo. The shades that needed to be closed at night for privacy were in disrepair and had to be jury rigged. The overall cleanliness of the condo was POOR, with the kitchen being the most offensive. The cabinet doors were flithy, and much of the dishware and silverware that were in the cabinets were also. The kitchen was limited in its offerings of supplies for cooking, serving food or any kind of place mats for the table, etc. The downstairs large window that has a lovely view of the mountains was clouded, giving it an appearance of being dirty.A serious cleaning and an upgrade of the window treatments would go a long way in approving this property.Wasn't sure what the purpose of the DESK CHAIR right outside the primary bedroom was for. Looked terrible and was in the way.

Fun Stay at Village of Loon

The condo more than adequately accommodated my family of four, which includes two kids, my parents and my brother. Our kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft and the living room with its great views of Loon Mountain was very cozy. We skied at Loon and did two snowy hikes at the Flume and Mt. Pemigewasset. We also had a great dinner at the Gypsy Cafe. There was a decent snowfall during the first night of our stay, but the plows were out early clearing out the roads and driveway. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.
