Great place to stay (near Avondale Brewing)

My three friends and I had a wonderful stay! We were there for a concert at Avondale Brewing. It was raining when we went to the concert, but we walked back after. It was close to the venue. We had great communication with Kathleen. The sofa was broken, and she contacted us before we even arrived and replaced the couch that night. We love concerts at Avondale, so we definitely will be back.
