Great BC Stay

The property was lovely and had fantastic views. The staff at the complex was wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There was one issue with the stove that was addressed immediately, but all in all it was a great stay. The one thing that was a little bit annoying was booking through Red Awning and having them direct all questions to the condo complex. It felt like they take your money and facilitating payment through the complex, but no assistance in answering any questions or assisting a guest after they take your money.

What a great property! The front desk staff was wonderful and the unit was just perfect for our family Christmas gathering. A few quick notes for the property owner…as I am also a property owner and appreciate true feedback. The king bedroom on the main floor needs a new blow dryer, there seems to be a short in it. The toaster has a hot spot and burns in one spot regardless of the temperature setting. The kitchen sink leaks unless you get it in just the right spot. Having a few kitchen items stocked is nice for your guests (bare minimum - salt and pepper, cooking spray, Saran Wrap). We loved the unit and really appreciated everyone having their own bathroom. Great space, location, and view. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain getaway!!

Holiday House

The best thing about this property were the bedrooms. Good sized and a full bath with each. The unit needs some refreshing and there is too much large furniture. The unit is a confusing combination of condo and hotel which resulted in some confusion with housekeeping. The management was very helpful and nice and tried to remedy the problems we had. The location was great. Close to the village but far enough from the crowd.
