It started it's life as a top of the line single wide circa 1965. Sometime in the 80's someone built a structure over the whole place, which doubled its square footage, and made it extremely quiet. This gave it a spacious living room, 2 large bedrooms,1 small bedroom and a gorgeous glass sun porch.

This home has been comfortably decorated as a tropical paradise. With light and airy rattan & wicker, overstuffed cushions & down throw pillows you can truly unwind and relax. The living room and kitchen adjoin, so no one will miss what's going on.

The master bedroom, has a coastal down comforter, and a wonderful sitting area that includes wicker chaise lounge, where you can sit and enjoy the sunny afternoon view. The small bedroom, has a full size bed, and third room has a futon, has an abundance of sun and a great view.

The best part is the glassed in sun porch which is as big as the living room, but is it's own separate room. It seems most of our guests spend their time there. Watching the beach, and sunset, and enjoying the all day sun....

This house offers ample room for the whole family to spread out. It's the perfect place for your Holiday or Rhododendron festival gathering. There's room to park 4 cars, or two atv or boat trailers.
