The quick walk to the beach is only minutes away as the property is located directly across the street from a public beach access. While relaxing in the rocking chairs on the covered porch outside of the unit, you’ll even have a breezy ocean view!

This charming property features a cozy living room with a convenient queen-sized Murphy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and range provides an added amenity to prepare full meals or just a quick beach lunch. Also, a full bathroom includes a shower and bathtub for guests. With AC, heating, and a ceiling fan, you'll stay comfortable no matter the weather, making the studio a perfect rental year round. On-site free parking is also provided as well as use of a common area grill.

This rental is close to “The Point” in Cherry Grove which is known as a secluded, quieter section of the beach, with beautiful views of the inlet, diverse wildlife, and the perfect place for fishing and hunting for sharks teeth. The unit is also an easy five minute drive (or a half hour walk) to the Cherry Grove Pier.
