Not to mention steps away from a private and pristine beach (0.1 miles, 3 minute walk along private road and down well-maintained staircase).

The house features 4 bedrooms, a pull-out sofa, and 2 full bathrooms, which can easily accommodate 8-10. Towels and linens provided, along with beach accessories. A ping-pong table in the basement, board games, outdoor firepit, and outdoor shower allow you to enjoy an evening or relaxing day at the house.

The location is unbeatable, on the border with Wellfleet, and easy diving distance to several classic Cape Cod amenities, including: Cape Cod National Seashore, Rail Trail, Wellfleet Drive-in Theatre, Provincetown, and countless beaches.

10 friends from high school used this house as a night away from the families to hang out, beach, grill and have a fire. This house was the perfect setting, and the best bay side beach I’ve seen on the Cape. Highly suggest!

We've stayed at several rental houses in this area of the Cape, and this house was the best experience so far. It is very close to the beach. The house is interesting and well layed out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had all the cooking tools and basic supplies we needed. The selection of books was great. The deck furniture and grill were perfect. The fire pit and ping pong were fun. The beach equipment was in great condition. The telescope was a nice surprise. And the hosts were nice, responsive, and accommodating.

Thank you Peter and Krissy!The home was comfortable and could easily accommodate 8 people. We took full advantage of the property. The Fire Pit, Rosemary Bush, the EASY access to the beach and its location to access P-town or Hyannis. Having access on the Bay side provides for calmer waters, tremendous low tides, and amazing sunsets/rises(Just take your coffee & beach shoes to take a 3 minute walk). BTW, our hosts provided everything for the beach, coolers, chairs, towels and all the toys you could need.There is also a great workspace and strong internet access.Close to the CCRT for bikes. Also near higher end and family style restaurants.We hope to return next year.If there were any questions or issues, the Kucks responded VERY quickly.
