Amazing location, one block from Deerfield Beach! A short two minute walk to the sand. Cozy condo unit located on the first floor, fully equipped. Close to great restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream places, and retail stores. Beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella available in unit.
The space

This condo is a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom on the first floor. 1 king size bed in bedroom and a full/queen sofa bed in living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Comes with umbrella, cooler and beach chairs, everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Basic cable and WiFi included. Smart TVs with Amazon fire sticks, guests can use their paid subscriptions to log into system and access Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix and other platforms.

Entire condo unit, pool access, paid laundry in building, BBQ grill and 1 assigned parking spot.
Access instructions will be provided the morning of check in.

Jacuzzi is under construction.

Absolutely no parties allowed.
