The place was clean. The yard and pool were also clean. There were accessories for the pool and the other outside amenities. The game room was a little warm because it is the converted garage, but that did not stop the fun.

Stayed here with a large group for a bachelor party and the house slept everyone comfortably! We were always entertained with the activities provided and had no issues. The host was very communicative, hospitable, and answered any questions quickly. My group loved the house, and we will likely be back for future events!

This house was perfect for our group of 11 women, celebrating 4 60th birthdays! The hosts were quick to respond within minutes which was greatly appreciated! The amenities are awesome and it’s a quick Uber ride to the strip or shopping (no traffic10 minutes, heavy traffic1/2 hour).The house has everything you need and MORE!!Thank you to Sen and TK for being such gracious and attentive hosts! We would definitely stay here again!

This property is a MUST STAY spot if you are ever in Vegas! Not only was the house very clean, spacious and tidy, but it also offer plenty of extra amenities to cater to guests of all types. On top, Nielsen was very fast with communication and helped cater to my parties early arrival in town which made the stay so much better and easy going. My group is already excited to go back and wants to book this place for our next stay! Would rate 10/10!

The amenities are incredible. The location is good. Issues we had to contact the owner/mgr were 1) no drinking glasses, no bowls to cook with, no toaster , 2) not enough towels bath or kitchen 3) a clogged master bath sink with dirty bug water in it. My husband was able to get the stopper opened and we cleaned out the sink. The owner came over when we contacted him and gave us all that was needed. He stated the plumber he contacted never showed up. He needs to look at the property after it is rented to see what may or may not be missing. He told us a previous renter took the remote for the TV in the game room. He should have replaced that as well as the glasses etc etc. this is a great place for a large group but owner needs to tighten up some things.

The house was great! Lots of room for the 8 women on our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed but was missing a wine opener. Once I brought it to the host’s attention, she had someone bring one over to us right away.We really loved the outdoor amenities. The pool was nice and clean. Basketball, putting green, corn hole and chess were super fun.The one disappointment we had was with the pickleball court. The 8 women in our group are avid pickleball players and booked the house because it had a pickleball court. Unfortunately the court wasn’t really playable due to very big grooves on the court surface and the baselines being very close to rocks or the grass area. The net was pretty saggy too. So if you’re booking the house to play pickleball, you should find another home. The location was good. Pretty close to the strip. We did end up driving to pickleball facilities to play that were within 15 minutes (Sunset Park and Chicken n Pickle). Just a few recommendations:* Instructions for appliances* Bath mats in all bathrooms* Light hand weights in the workout room
