Set on 2 lots with large back yard overlooking the lake. 100 steps to small neighborhood beach where the kids can swim and you can moor your boat for the day. Very quiet area on East Bay. Kitchens are both nicely equipped for large groups. 2 large driveways with plenty of rooms for cars, boats, and RV trailers. Set up as 2 units with separate entrances. 3 bedrooms down and 2 bedrooms up.
