The main living areas are designed for easy downtime—gather for board games, play a tune on the piano, or enjoy a movie with the sound system and DVD player. A laptop-friendly workspace makes it simple to check in with the office when needed.

Step outside to an outdoor seating area and BBQ grill for casual meals with mountain and golf-course scenery as your backdrop. After a day on the trails or links, unwind in the on-site hot tub or soothe tired legs in the sauna. A washer and dryer add everyday convenience during longer stays.

• Stairs: The home has stairs.

• Connectivity: Due to Breckenridge’s remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Washer/Dryer: Available in the home.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan; accordingly, unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you’ll find Breckenridge Golf Club (Gold Run Nordic Center in winter), Summit County RecPath access at Hwy 9/Tiger Rd (great for biking and stroller-friendly walks), Swan River pull-offs for fishing and picnics, and Golden Horseshoe trail access up Tiger Rd for family-friendly hikes and easy photo spots.
