The Plaza Condominiums by Crested Butte Mountain Resort offer a number of resort amenities which you will have access to:

• Easy access to the slopes; (100 yard walk) to the main Silver Queen chairlift

Please note that a $12 per day property fee, covering reservations fee, housekeeping, departure fee and in-room amenities will be applied to each reservation and needs to be paid upon checkin.

NOTICE: The HOA for The Plaza is redoing the stucco on the exterior of the building. This will cause noise from the hours of:

• Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m,
• Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m,
• Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Balconies may not be available for use and scaffolding will be visible from the units.

• The properties here are individually decorated. There can be differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next but all are finished to a great standard!
