The Plaza Condominiums by Crested Butte Mountain Resort offer a number of resort amenities which you will have access to:
• Easy access to the slopes; (100 yard walk) to the main Silver Queen chairlift
• Shared outdoor hot tub
• Shared sauna
• Our great on-site restaurant
NOTICE: The HOA for The Plaza is redoing the stucco on the exterior of the building. This will cause noise from the hours of:
• Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m,
• Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m,
• Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Balconies may not be available for use and scaffolding will be visible from the units.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Great news! As of May 12, 2025, all fees are now included in the final booking price.
• Parking: 2 indoor parking spaces
• Smoking: not permitted
• Pets: not permitted
• The properties here are individually decorated. There can be differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation
