PARKING
Each villa driveway accommodates up to 7 vehicles, for a combined total of up to 21 cars across all three villas. Overflow parking is available near the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there is no street parking at any time, and vehicles must never park on the grass — even partial tire contact may result in towing.
U-Haul trucks, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted within the resort. Please contact us in advance to coordinate alternatives.


GOOD TO KNOW
• No smoking indoors of any kind — including cigarettes, hookahs, and vaping. Outdoor smoking is permitted in the pool area only, with all windows and doors closed. Violations may result in fines and deep cleaning fees.
• Pool & spa heat is included in your total.
