Your Colorado adventure starts here! Make yourself at home in our newly renovated, 2 bed, 1 bath garden unit with your own private entrance. Enjoy close proximity to some of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods and speedy access to the mountains via I-70, I-25, or US-6.

3 min ➜ Sloan’s Lake, Highland Square, Tennyson
10 min ➜ Downtown, LoHi, Mile High Stadium, Olde Town Arvada

This cozy and bright, garden-level unit contains 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, closet, Pack 'n Play, and large window. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, or groups of 4!

Our newer kitchenette is stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, Instant Pot, electric griddle and more. We've provided plates, glasses, wine glasses, and silverware. Perfect for easy travel meals or enjoying delicious leftovers.

The main living area includes a 55” TV with Apple TV for all your streaming needs and a dining table for game nights, meals, or comfortable WFH set up. Sit back, relax, and play a vinyl record from our collection (or use it as a Bluetooth speaker!).

The bathroom is stocked with extra towels and toiletries for your comfort and convenience.

You will have access to Wi-Fi and free street parking.

There is a private entrance to the unit and you’ll enjoy full privacy with no shared spaces. Additionally, your hosts live upstairs with their pets and are happy to provide any assistance during your stay. While you may occasionally hear us or our dogs, we do our best to keep quiet so you can enjoy a restful stay!

Very nice, clean and comfortable suite in the Wheat Ridge area. Great location with easy access to Red Rocks and Golden. Jack is a great host, very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Garden Suite on Ames was adorable and very comfortable. We were in a great area conveniently located to Red Rocks which is why we were there for the weekend. I will definitely stay again at the Cozy Garden Suite when we visit Denver again.

Jack was extremely responsive to all of my requests—Quickly replying positively to ensure my needs were met. We loved the space and appreciated how many amenities were offered without the spot feeling cluttered. Very nice, clean garden level space is well laid out and functional. The proximity to Red Rocks, Tennyson, and Highlands was exactly what our group needed and explored! Hosts have a great resource for area amenities, and were prompt and helpful in communications!

We were visiting relatives in the Sloan's Lake neighborhood, so Jack's place was a short drive to that area. The garden apartment is bright and cheery. It is immaculate and is very well stocked with supplies you might need. There was always a parking space available in front of the house, which was very convenient. Jack was an excellent host and answered any questions very promptly. He and his wife had a pdf of recommended places in the area such as restaurants, bars, breakfast shops, etc. We hope that Jack and Fran's place is available the next time we are in Denver.
