Host was welcoming and met at property. The neighbors have multiple kids and smoke pot. Loud music at times. Nothing quiet about this place. Remote to garage didn’t work. He stated to push the button which was his solution to problem. Usually when battery is going low it will work off and on. Believe battery needed to be replaced or something else was wrong. Not the cleanest place. Black hairs everywhere and floor was dirty. I don’t highly recommend it.

The floor was swept and mopped clean before this guest arrived as it usually is. It’s a grayish-brown LVP flooring and may sometimes appear dirty, but is not. It’s just the way it is. This was the first time I had a complaint about the garage door clicker. When I checked it, it worked without fail, so it was unfortunate that it didn’t always work for the guest. I’ll change the battery and see if that was at fault. I’ll investigate the pot-smoking and loud music that she referenced. This is designated as a non-smoking building.

Our stay was terribly disappointing. When we arrived, we could tell the place had not been cleaned very well at all. There were clumps of hair everywhere, dust and hair was on the bed covers, and nightstands. The stairs had hair and what looked to be little plastic beads all over them.There were sticky fluid stains with hair stuck to the stains in front of one night stand and on the edge of the master bedframe. There were other fluid stains on the back of the bedframe as well.The bathrooms were disgusting. There were long black human hairs all over and many short and curly ones too. The master toilet had yellow/orangish fluid stains around the base and what looked to be possibly feces on the side. Not to mention more hairs and dust. Another problem was the house appears to have a structural flaw as well. Both floors were not level. They tilted downward a few degrees so that you felt like you were walking uphill or downhill when you walked from onen side of the house to the next. The stairs were also not level and you felt like you would fall backwards when walking up them. I dont know if this flaw happened after it was built or during. These are new builds so it took us by surprise. If i could give this stay ZERO stars, i would. There were other factors that occured while trying to communicate with the owner, but they are currently being mediated through Expedia customer service at this time.
