The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Please put all linens (sheets + towels) in the primary bathroom shower.

Any unopened leftover food that you cannot/do not want to take can be left on the counter and we will take it to the local homeless shelter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please only use RV safe toilet paper. No flushing anything else in the toilets. Garbage cans are provided for other trash. If you run out tp, call us!

Please take care of the space. We understand accidents happen; we kindly request you report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out.

Luxury tiny living out in the quiet scenic country! Our property is only minutes from the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers, tons of hiking trails, Parksville Lake, and kayaking spots!
