We felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Low income community. May be subsidized housing area. Looked truly run down. Garage dumpster in front of the establishment. Bed extremely hard. 1 small room. Another guest parked in our parking spot that corresponds with our rental space and detailed in our reservation. Therefore, WE were advised by the host to park else on their property.

Zsa - we are sorry you felt uncomfortable during your stay. The property is amongst student housing for TWU as advertised. We've never even got so much as a noise complaint from this area. The dumpster is city required, but they allow us to fence it off as I'm sure you noticed. As far as parking goes, that was truly a mistake by another guest staying with us that weekend, the parking spot we advised you to take in the meantime was 1 parking spot over. We will take the blame there. Thanks!
