Cozy and comfortable apartment for four people in the centre of Monopoli, in Apulia. It has been totally restored with really high standards and furnished with tailor made details and interiors and have a master bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed for children in the living room. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a historic building, at 500 meters far from historic centre and Monopoli’s beaches in a quiet area where is possible to park.
The property was completely restored in typical tasteful Apulian style, respecting the traditional style and conforming the interiors to the modern needs and it is within minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants and amenities.

It is 55 square meters in size on the same floor and has air conditioning in access corridor; it is composed by one large kitchen/living room with fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and a comfortable double sofa bed for two children; a spacious master bedroom with large wardrobe and air conditioning and a bathroom equipped with toilet, shower and washing machine.

Its a delightful flat ideal for a romantic stay for one/two couples or family with one/two children. The apartment can be also requested together with another apartment (for 4 people) in the same floor of building.

Great location for small families looking to visit Monopoli.

We LOVED staying in this apartment during our three weeks in Monopoli. It was the perfect location for our family of three (child age 7). Easy access to shops/restaurants, beaches, and the historic town center. Plus, two great playgrounds nearby too. The property was very clean with fantastic amenities, including a washing machine and AC. Martino was an AMAZING host who looked after us very well. He is very kind, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge von Lecce bis Barletta

Perfekt gelegenes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Nur 5 min. zur Piazza San Antonio (Bus nach Alberobello und Castellana Grotte) und zum Bahnhof (Zug nach Süden bis Lecce und nach Norden bis Barletta). Monopoli ist hübsch, lebendig, malerisch, mit schönem Stadtstrand, lungomare und guten Restaurants

Appartamento si trova in pieno centro di Monopoli. L'appartamento non ha un posteggio macchina, ma si trova facilmente un posteggio in strada. Proprio di fronte all'appartamento ( macelleria ) si trova un posto carico / scarico merce. Nelle vicinanze c'è veramente tutto, macelleria ( 10 metri ), bar, frutta/vedura ( 200 metri ), supermercato ( 500 metri ), arrivato al supermercato ... ecco anche il mare. Borgo e centro storico a 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano in una vecchia palazzina ma tutta ristrutturata. Raramente ho trovato un appartamento così pulito e curato. La famiglia "Martino" è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Noi ci siamo sentiti a casa "nostra". Ottimo prezzo / qualità. Spero di poterci ritornare presto ...

Villeggiatura estate 2017

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nell' appartamento del sig. Martino e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fornito di ogni comodità, ci è sembrato di essere a casa nostra. Situato in una posizione strategica ci ha consentito di andare ogni giorno al mare a piedi senza stancarci e di effettuare diverse escursioni.

Il Sig. Ingenito e la sua famiglia di Torre del Greco, hanno molto apprezzato la casa e il nostro territorio. Hanno lasciato l’appartamento in ordine e molto pulito. E’ stato un piacere conoscerli e lo sarà ospitarli nuovamente.
