Besides them, there are also furniture for working needs, iron, dryer, air conditioning, living essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper.

There is a chef available in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully loaded with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, an induction cook-top with induction utensils, cutlery and dinner set and Aquaguard.

Our apartment complex is exclusively reserved for business and Family travelers. To ensure our neighbors' peace, we do not permit any gatherings or parties and playing loud music or causing any disturbances that may disrupt the peacefulness of the neighbourhood.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline your booking in the event of any inappropriate behavior or violation of our House Rules. Our management team may ask guests to vacate the premises if they are not adhering to the rules after check-in, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
