The unit is as advertised, a sunny room with a comfortable bed and nice view of trees. Kirkwood was pretty deserted in October when I visited so no problem finding parking. Guests should know that the unit is in the building called The Meadows, at the end of a very long hallway. It’s the end unit, in fact, which is nice because it has windows in two walls. Only four stars for cleanliness because the shower grout and shower curtain need attention and the heating unit and windowsills need dusting. The bathroom is a little worn, but everything works. I especially appreciated the Stash teas provided by the host.
