Truly appreciate the 5 star review and glad the huge estate could easily handle 30 guest. All for about the same nightly rate of a couple of comparable resort hotel rooms in this very expensive area and absolutely no privacy like we can offer. Please join again in any of the dozen high capacity estates we own in the area. Thanks again!! PS pool vacuum is on a timer and runs about 4 hours a day. All Outdoor pools require skimming every time you use them with the net we provide. Scottsdalestays

Edin, We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we do believe some important context is missing from your review. Our local service team made multiple visits during your stay to address concerns and assist your group, including personally showing you how to operate the hot water in the primary shower. Our estates are professionally maintained, and occasional equipment issues can happen. We made efforts to resolve the pool and spa heating concerns as quickly as possible. We host thousands of guests annually, most travel extensively and regularly choose our multimillion-dollar luxury estates over traditional hotel accommodations. The overwhelming majority (95%) leave five-star reviews and appreciate the level of space, amenities, and value we provide. We recognize that our accommodations and service approach may not be the right fit for every traveler. Based on this experience, we would respectfully suggest choosing other accommodations for future visits rather than booking any of our 14 luxury estates. We wish you the best in your future travels. On your next stay let us know during your stay instead of check out if anything needs maintenance. Max - Loved hosting your younger group in our 3 million dollar estate, but next time take the minute to read our detailed description. As we host ten thousand people year due to saving them about 80% on accommodation costs over booking individual rooms at a resort hotel (your group saved $10,000 for your weekend). For 20 years now we have listed we provide a starter supply of 2 rolls of paper towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Guests are suppose to purchase more as needed. Please join us again at any of our various estates and enjoy our full time service staff like a hotel if you needed anything during your stay (for free). Scottsdalestays
