Really enjoyed our stay..in close proximity to Beach and nearby restaurants. Loved that beach chairs etc were supplied! Accommodations were dated but comfy and couldn’t beat the price! We definitely will stay here again!

Great vacation!

Condo was great and everything was clean on arrival. There were beach toys, boogie boards, coolers and a cart to haul everything to the beach that was super helpful. The pool was great and short walk to the beach!

The property was just as described on the website. 1 block from the beach was great. Everything needed in the kitchen from Stove, oven, microwave, cookware etc.. Cold a/c and large community pool. cant wait to go back

Fantastic Ocean Vacation

This property was in an ideal location for easy beach access and trolley route! It was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals - this is a huge time and money saver! Super clean and well stocked with linens and beach supplies. The pool was nice for when we needed a break from the ocean. The washer and dryer were a nice amenity. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

Great property, close to beach and restaurants

I plan an annual stay in AMI, we loved this property. Lots of extra items to use in the condo, like beach umbrellas, coolers, wagon, beach chairs, etc. This is helpful because we are from out of town and didn't have to rent these items each day. Check-In was so easy and the Wagner Reality team is so friendly and responsive.

Nice clean space

Nice little space with nice amenities and very clean. Had multiple coolers and other beach amenities including chairs, toys and umbrellas. Nice distance from trolley. Only wish there were a few more windows for natural light since were in Florida after all.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved this spot! The check-in process was a little antiquated. You have to go to the rental office prior to checking in. Could you imagine coming in at midnight, being exhausted and having to stop by a rental office. The owners should invest in a key pad.

Nice vacation spot!

The accommodations were very good for a family get away. The room is adequately stocked for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, frisbees, etc). The room was clean and has two bedrooms, which is nice foe kids. The only disappointment was the noise from the other rooms, especially from the second floor. We could hear everything from the room directly above ours (every step they made, every flush of the toilet, voices, etc). The price is fair for what you get. I appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

Family spring break trip

The condo was clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the location. The pool was extremely dirty and though I called Wagner regarding my concerns it was not addressed during our stay. I understand the hurricane and sand issue but there was a lot of debris in the pool in addition to the sand. We all were disappointed. The check in process wasn’t ideal having to pick up the keys off the island and drop them back off, an updated process such as key pad would be beneficial to guests. Other than the pool issue the place was great.

We reported the pool a few times to the association but we have no control over them or the pool contractor. I can only apologize for your disappointment and frustration. We thought we would have been in our new location as of March 1st but have been delayed week after week. Lovely beach vacation spot!

This property was more than we could have asked for. The place was very clean and all the accommodations were perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and extra pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with various kitchen accessories. The closet had lots of great beach accessories; umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, and plenty of towels for bath and pool/beach. The community pool was very nice and kids loved it when taking a break from the beach. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk (1 block). The only complaint would be that yes you can hear neighbors above. This is nothing I would take stars away for as it’s out of control of the owner and it wasn’t terrible, but was noticeable. Would definitely stay here again.

I will still give our place a 5 Star because it had "Everything" you could want or need! Beach towels, chairs, toys and bedding and kitchen ware....it was amazing. Nicely decorated for a homey personal touch. Best stocked place I have every stayed with HomeAway. We played in the ocean (so close to condo) and then come back rinse off and jump into the pool! The best stay away for me ever! There is only one "But" and that was the room above our condo. They were so noisy our first night, must of stayed up to pack is all I can guess and the stomping across the floor was pretty loud. Never heard our neighbors next door to us, just the upstairs. They left the next day so I assume they were up pack and cleaning up late. That was the only problem and it was for only our 1st night. After that it was Perfect. So if you want to stay here, check with Wagner Realty first and find out if anyone is staying above this condo.

The condo was exactly as listed. Very close to the beach. It was clean and comfortable for my family. We greatly appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and a sand cart to use. There were also coolers and lots of sand toys which would be great for families with small children.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pros: The location is great, with just a short one block walk to the beach. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, towels for bathing and the beach, etc. The pool was nice for our kids to hop in after spending time on the beach. Overall, it was a nice little place to stay for a week. Cons: Some of the bedroom furnishings and bedding was dated, with the master bedroom mattress being extremely uncomfortable. The beach chairs are also in rough shape, and there are only three to use. There also isn’t a true storage area for the beach equipment, so it is stored in the guest bedroom closet. Not a huge deal, but also not that convenient.

Mom & Daughter trip

We enjoyed our stay at Lazy Livn! It was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and away from the busy Gulf Dr. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels , coolers and a wagon for easy transport. The pool was nice but didn’t use it much. We were first time visitors to the island and we will be returning!! Loved the beautiful beaches and sunsets

Getaway from Life

I was a bit disappointed with this place when I first arrived. The door is a bit ajar. Overall the place was clean but the floor mats in the bathroom were dirty. The closet in the smaller room contains all the beach items along with the blankets to use. This closet was a mess. Yes they do have beach toys, chairs, cooler, and umbrellas but be aware that the chairs and beach umbrellas are not in the best condition. There was a broken chair along with a used towel in one of them. That closet was full of sand since no one has cleaned it nor organized it. The blankets had a brown look to them as when you store something for a long time and they had a weird smell. They only provided me with 2 tablets for the dishwasher and a little bottle dish washing soap with a sponge. They were no garbage bags, no soap in the bathroom, and only one roll of toilet paper as extra. Due to the above mentioned things is why I give this place a 3 star rating. Overall, the place is not bad for the price. It is a great location. There are just a few things that can make this place better especially during this pandemic.

Dear Michelle, While we are sorry that you were disappointed on your arrival to this condo, I was very surprised that you never mentioned any of this during your five night stay. I would like to address some of your grievances. I was concerned to read that the door was ajar on your arrival and wished you had reported this, immediately. There are two locks on that door and in order for it to be ajar, that means the deadbolt was not locked, which is a safety concern and we would have addressed it right away. I have posted photos in response to your claim that the closet was a mess. This closet was reorganized just prior to your arrival. The photos resemble the closet as you found it, less the one beach chair which was thrown out. The blankets that have a "brown" look to them and had a weird smell are in fact brown or tan blankets. The sand is a mystery. I ran my hands over the carpeted closet and didn't feel any sand. As far as unorganized, both closets were very organized and if anything, there appears to be more than what is needed in them, which we will address. As per our standard courtesy to all of our guests, we supply the following cleaning and bath supplies. Two small bars of hand/bath soap, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher pods, a small dish washing liquid bottle, one sponge, one paper towel roll and one garbage bag in the trash bin and one back up either under the one in the bin or under the kitchen sink. We do this so our guests have enough to get started on their vacation. In closing, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. We hope you stay well and if you decide to visit with us again you will feel free to contact us if you have any issues, whatsoever. Management
