Second Bedrooms features a deluxe Queen bed with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.



The Living Room includes a sofa, folding bed (at request), two chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. Please note that roof top is not linked to the condo, it's on the last floor of the building.



The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. *disclaimer* pictures might be different than the real apartment because we have multiple units in the building and we do have varieties of furniture items. Parking is free for monthly stays*.

Other Things to Note:

-Note: If you need a folding bed, you need to let us know at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival. We'll try to accommodate your same-day request as much as we can, but it's not guaranteed if not planned unfortunately.

- Each guest have 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send us a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure smooth check in process and comfortable stay. Any requests after this time-frame will be postponed until next day, thank you for understanding and cooperation

-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed.

-Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.
