An outdoor kitchen nearby makes dining al fresco a breeze, perfect for grilling up your favorite meals while enjoying the breeze off the water. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the sand out and refresh yourself before taking a dip in the pool.

This home is ideal for large groups or family gatherings, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Plus, you`re just 15 minutes away from all the exciting attractions in South Padre Island, making it easy to explore the local sights, dining, and activities.

No Parties are permitted.

Crossing from property to property behind the fences on the bay is forbidden.

Entering any property not included in this rental is forbidden.

Please do not leave doors open while in or out of property.

Clotheslines are not permitted. Hanging laundry, towels, swimsuits from balconies and
porches, etc. are not permitted.

The HOA reserves the right to fine every violation of the rules, regulations and policies at a minimum of $500 per violation.
