We had a great time- the beach was close and so was the pool and plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Nice Little Beach House

House was nice, relatively clean. Found a few minor issues, but no big deal. The washer and dryer weren’t working during our stay, but the owners did give us a discounted rate. Great location, right across the street from the beach. Close to the boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults and a toddler. The whole family said they’d stay here again.

Online it's saying that eight people can sleep there, but actually six people only can sleep comfortably. No living/ dining room, no table to eat at, we all had to stand and eat because they don't have table for dining. The dryer did not dry and we had to dry our clothes/ towels outside. Manager communication was not good, did not respond to any of my calls or texts. the location is good.

The front railing was completely broken and on the ground as we arrived. It was an eyesore. The dryer was inoperable, we couldnt dry the clothes we washed. A trip to the nearest laundromat about 30 minutes away was exactly what we wantwd to do with our vacation time. The acces code for the living room tv did not work. There lights in 2 of the 3 bedrooms did not work. There were no comforters on any of the beds only sheets. There were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. We were so excited about finally getting to live out of our suitcases on the floor. I would not stay in this unit again

The front railing was broken as we first arrived , it was an eyesore. The lights in 2 of the 3 bedrooms did not work. After we washed a load of clothes we realized the dryer didn't work. It had a code that read= check lint trap. We checked the trap and it was full of old socks and underwear. We could not get all of the old socks and undies out so we had to travel 30 mins to the nearest laundromat to dry our clothes. That was fun. We were sent a code to acces use the living room tv= that didnt work. We were lock our of the property for about 5 hours on our second of 5 days. The code for the door didnt work. I wouldn't stay at this property again it definitely put a spice spin on out vacation. We've stayed at other units on this same grounds and never had any of this issues.

Great location, needs a few things...

Incredible location, we walked to the beach every day and to walmart and shops. We had to drive to go to waterpark and boardwalk, but parking was only twone dollars an hour. Nice, quiet and clean neighborhood too. Cons: beds were loud and old. Need replacement. Kitchen had very little pots and pans or utensils. One pan we found was dirty with food all over it in the cabinet. Couch and recliner equally old and worn out. I know if we had left the property in that condition we would've been charged a fee. I doubt management would reimburse for some of this. I would consider coming back to this neighborhood but probably not this rental.
