This 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is a quick walk to the ocean. It features large bedrooms (master has king bed) with a workspace, beachy decor, 2 full size bathrooms, a covered porch and a fenced in patio out back. There's a community pool, a large propane grill, common areas to run and play. In the living room you will find a pull out sofa bed and electric fireplace for those rare cooler nights. This home sleeps 8, and has dining for 6. The fully equipped kitchen featured updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Easy commute to Walmart grocery, Market Common shopping district, Myrtle Beach State Park, Radical Ropes, Family Kingdom and more! This home is under new management/owners.
Seperate signed lease agreement and copy of ID may be required before access to the home is granted.

The house is close to the beach and in a quiet, clean and cute neighborhood. There is everything you need to have a pleasant vacation and everything is like in the description. Thanks to the host we had a wonderful vacation. Definitely will come back again.

Quick beach vacation

Cute cottage neighborhood with small shared pool. Convenient 2 block walk to beach and Walmart. We had plumbing issues in both bathrooms during our short 2 night stay and poor water pressure. Disappointed that breach chairs were not in the unit as promised.

Why they chose this property

This home is super clean and very comfortable. It provides enough privacy that your family will feel safe and separate from the crowds, yet close walking distance to many activities without being right in the middle of a really busy area. There's a nice pool on the property that is a shared space. It is walking distance to tennis, pickelball and basketball courts. One block to a walmart grocery, 1 block to the ocean, and less than that to the beach store. You will be fine without a car, and we are close to the airport so an uber or taxi will be inexpensive. If you do bring a car, you will have 2 free parking passes. The home is a short drive (10 min or less) to The Market Common, Myrtle Beach state park, Family Kingdom, the boardwalk and the skywheel.

What makes this property unique

Located in the south end of Myrtle Beach, so you can visit Hunting Beach State Park or Myrtle Beach State Park easily. The beaches there are wonderful! Of course you can just walk to the beach access near the house as well, which is also great!
We have air mattresses upon request, if the 3 beds and the pull-out couch don't provide enough sleeping space for the kids. There is a baby gate and pack n play, along with optional cabinet locks for you to use at your own risk.
