When you approach Sarasota Charm, it apppears to be like most Florida neighborhoods from the front elevation. But once you come into the home and your eyes are looking straight through the home through the large view windows, the peace and tranquility naturally sets in - Big Oak tree waving softly over a pond with a beautiful preserve and privacy.
