Welcome to our beach bungalow! This home is picture-perfect! Enjoy beautiful beach views from the upstairs porch or swings downstairs. There are 2 selfie walls, one with a whimsical, flowered light display inside and a lush, vibrant flower wall downstairs. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the breeze, or hang out on the back porch and enjoy the view. Located close to restaurants, casinos, shopping, and the beach! Everything in the home is brand new and decorated with a coastal chic flair.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Very easy check out. Please empty trash in to outside cans. Bring can to the road on Sunday evening.
Please collect your personal items. Place dishes in the dishwasher. Do not strip beds. Just leave them unmade. We will get them. We hope you enjoyed your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please no parking in the grass. Local occupancy rules restrict guests the three vehicles and parking is in the driveway only.

Great Location by the beach and modern comfy place away from home.

The Owner communication is great. The location was great. We we're close to the beach and 10 minutes from our friends house, the scenery is beautiful to seat outside and have your more coffee or tea.The patio area is cute & comfy. I really appreciate how organized it was with instructions for entry and exiting. I would rent it again and recommend it to friends family as well.

Fantastic place and wonderful host!! Host was on point and responsive when needed. Place in a perfect spot to view the gulf through the back windows and balcony. With a very short walk you will have your toes in the sand!! Also, great location to go walk to local businesses and restaurants on a very quaint main street. The house all all the amenities one could ask for to make their stay great. Thanks agian Clayton for the help and the place to enjoy our vaction.
