Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place Bath towels and dish towels in washing machine, add detergent and start, leave all bed linens in place
Place all trash in trash bin located at the road
Store away all outdoor equipment in their original locations
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels provided, Guests are responsible for replenishing as needed
Please return outdoor games, chairs, fan and umbrella to storage room after use

The host was very communicative and responsive. Our stay was beyond wonderful. As a grandparent traveling with an adult child and 2 toddler grandsons, I could not have imagined better. The boys didn't want to leave in the morning, and couldn't wait to get home in the evening! The host's pictures tell most of the story, but do not detail how thoughtful he was in the "extras" - books and toys for all ages, snacks, plush towels, washcloths for makeup removal (my daughter's mention). We felt very welcome during our stay and look forward to returning.

We came down to fish the Redfish World Championship out of Gulfport. This home was perfect for our truck and trailer, very clean, and the host was very fast to respond. Has some troubles with the A/C unit and within 3 hours someone was out and they had it fixed and running no problem! If you're looking for a nice quiet spot just outside of gulfport, this is for you! Will be coming back!
