-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome little place. Great value. Right in downtown Pt St Joe.Very clean and well kept .Couple recommendations :Keep enough coffee for the entire stay.Floor needs mopped. As we walked around we noticed our feet were dirty.

The host was welcoming and stayed in touch. Great location to the shops and restaurants. I didn't like that I had to sign another rental agreement in addition to the VRBO rules. It was about 5 page and basically absolved the owners of everything and made you responsible for everything. I have never had to do this with any other rental I have done through VRBO. The cottage was clean except the floors. My feet got so dirty walking in the cottage that I wore my shoes most of the time. The cottage had the basics and well kept. I also didn't like that you can check in till 5pm unless you pay an early check in fee. All other places I have rented use a 3pm check in fee and usually if the place has been cleaned they will let you check in early with no fee. Overall the cottage was good, with a great location and all the basics you need for a stay.
