Winter getaway
Overall it was a good. Christal from Freewheeler was very helpful every time we had to call her. The place looked clean and smell very good upon arrival, however when my husband moved a chair to watch tv there was dust under it like it hadn’t been even vacuum for ages and behind the toaster and the microwave same thing. Another problem was not enough towels the owner drop 2 extra I think that at least we should have had 6 the reason we were given was that they get stolen and that brings me to my next comment. There is no supervision somebody needs to check after each guest and the cleaners to make sure everything is in order. My other suggestion is for the owner they need to clean the closet of their stuff and maybe have an owners closet, things were falling on our heads and we didn’t have a lot of room for our things they need to take time to organize.
The TV worked on and off we needed to unplug it at least once a day and plug it back for it to work
