Summer Sea is a residential condominium with a friendly atmosphere. A beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch. Islamorada calls itself the fishing capital of the world, with diving, eating and fabulous weather.
Summer Seas is located at MM 88.5, 68 miles from Miami, in the Heart of Islamorada, "The Fishing Capital of the World".
A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. 28-day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking.
