Can sleep up to 7 guests. Nestled in a prime location at the 4th mile marker on the Lake of the Ozarks, you'll have easy access to water activities and nearby attractions/dining. The outdoor pool and popular Docknockers lakefront bar are just a walk away. Two minute walk to the lake. Need more space? We have 3 more condos next door! Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in bathtub (upstairs) and on the bathroom floor (downstairs). Or place in washing machine. You do not need to run the washing machine.
Dumpster is located up the stairs and to the right in the gravel lot.
Upon checkout, please leave main thermostat (nest) AC at 76 degrees or leave the heat set at 68 degrees. Please turn off window AC units at checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$500 fine for smoking or vaping of any kind within the unit.
NO fireworks.
Quiet hours for the complex are 10pm-8am.

The condo was great. As described. In a very quiet setting, but close to local bars and restraints and grocery stores. The views from the patio over the lake was wonderful. Downstairs kitchen was well equipped, next to a living area, and the wonderful patio for all fresco dining. Pet went up and down stairs no problem. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were fine.

2 minute walk from the lake and the popular Docknockers Original bar and grill making it easy to enjoy lunch or dinner and a walk by the lake. Beautiful views of the lake and amazing sunsets. The condo is cozy and relaxing but also close enough to attractions making it a perfect location for vacations, family trips, and event-related trips such as birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette parties.
