I've Enjoyed this Townhome since it was built, and want to Share the Special magic that is the Treasure Coast with Others.
Why they chose this property
I was drawn to this development because of the Location and the Builder (Meritage). It is walking distance to Walmart and Aldi, has a Community Pool, and is on the Smaller side in terms of Total Units as compared to others in Martin County. Stuart has wonderful Beaches, Shopping, Waterfront Dining & Entertainment, and Parks for Hiking or Sports. These are all within Minutes of this Location. Spring Training is not Far away in St Lucie and Palm Beach Counties and there are plenty of Musical Venues as well all along the Coast.
What makes this property unique
My Townhouse is not just a place to lay Your Head, but a Home to Come Back to After a Fun Day or Evening Out. It has all the necessities that you will need for an Extended Stay, and I am just minutes Away if any needs Arise. The Furnishings are Comfortable and there's hardly a Room without a TV, if that's Your thing! The Community is Gated and the Neighbors are Welcoming and Friendly. It is a Pet Friendly Community with Pet Stations for your Evening and Morning Walks. My Fee is inclusive of most Costs, including Basic Internet, Electric, Water, HOA, Insurance, and Cleaning.
