Weeki Tiki House: Laid-back paradise on the Weeki Wachee River
Come relax and unwind at the Weeki Tiki on the river. Perfect cozy space to host your family for a long weekend or a romantic getaway. Our home is located directly on the Weeki Wachee River with a private dock that provides direct access to the spring. Feel free to grab a kayak or paddleboard from onsite and head out to the water. If you prefer to just chill, pull up a chair under the tiki hut and enjoy the view. While on the patio, keep an eye out for manatees or other wildlife that might be swimming by. The fun doesn't stop once the sun sets, get the fire pit started and make some smores. The vacation may not last forever, but the memories you make sure will!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all used towels in the basket located in the laundry room prior to check out. Gather all garbage bags from kitchen and bathrooms and take garbage out
If any furniture was moved, replace it to it's original location and return thermostat to 72 degrees Patio must be left tidy and BBQ scraped if used
Please close the gates when you leave. We hope you enjoyed your stay at the Weeki Tiki House!

I love this property! The location is great for seeing wildlife swim by as it as a wider and less busy part of the river. The house is on a corner where the river branches with water on two sides of the house. One side near the dock is deeper and the other is shallower during low tide with steps down into the river. This side has a less powerful current and is great for children to practice paddling. It is also good for swimming if you don't want to swim in deeper water and has a sandy bottom in the middle. The house has all the vessels needed for river adventures kayaks (even chid kayak), a floating dock, and paddle board. The covered patio and deck and perfect for relaxing, people watching and spotting wildlife.
