A great place for a long weekend or longer for 2 adults. Perfect location being able to launch a kayak from the backyard and paddle up to the head springs or to paddle out toward the flats. Nice and quiet, even with the restaurant near by which is a positive it you want to eat there as you can just walk over. Would rent again.

Perfect water access for paddle boarding!! What a cute little place! We spent the entire day paddle boarding to the spring head and back!!! What a beautiful trip!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful gem!! It’s walking distance to Upper Deck as well! It was perfect!!!!

You can tell it is an older property, but the unit was very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for paddling and you could launch right from the backyard. We saw tons of wildlife right from the dock: great egrets, a small gator several manatees and turtles. My son caught a bass right from the dock. We'd stay here again when visiting this area.
